Once a complaint is received, it is assigned to a specific manager who takes full responsibility for managing the case from initiation through to final resolution. This ensures clear accountability and a consistent approach to handling concerns. Quantum Medical Services aims to investigate and respond to all complaints within 14 days, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution for our customers.
