Emergency First Aid at Work (Blended)

Service Description

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is a one day blended learning course, 2 hours online and 4 hours practical, held at our Manchester training centre, which provides an in depth knowledge of first aid. This Nuco regulated course meets HSE requirements for first aiders working in higher risk environments such as industrial workshops. During this course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries. Our Emergency First Aid at Work course is delivered using a blended learning format, combining flexible online study with practical, face-to-face training. Once your place on the course has been confirmed, you will receive access to a short online prior learning module. This must be completed before attending the practical training session and may be issued up to 4 weeks before the course start date. The online learning covers essential theory and knowledge, allowing the classroom session to focus on hands-on practical skills and real-life first aid scenarios to ensure learners feel confident responding to workplace emergencies.
